posts like these are simply missing the point of this thread, let’s stick to the exact point of the validity of the performance rights to be issued.
no one is saying negative things about the project itself, its prospects, it’s progress or managements inability to execute the project.
All we are saying is the terms of the performance rights are so obviously unfair and unjustified … that’s all
I wholeheartedly appreciate all contributions here but anyone who thinks the terms of the performance rights are ok (and that mgt were in their right mind to put them fwd in this fashion) really has blinkers on.
