I have decided to vote ‘no’ for the current funding package as it stands. I feel there are too many hooks, and items that we have no control, higher interest rates that were above what we have negotiated 18 months ago, far to much given away, increased tariffs, extras to IDC and commissions and other items such as move to the JSE, unknown conversion to RES shares that we just don’t know.

The modeling does not work and was not proven and in fact absent from the recent reports (the absence of first 4 years consider all items that have not been determined such as rail tariffs, debt of rail, yellow goods etc. We are flying blind.

I would like to see more transparency and until we do so, and in light of what could be much lower coal prices etc... world events could signify deflationary pressure... there is far too much risk.

Unless they get a better deal, sell it as is... Ie PIC and IDC are ripping so much out of this... that they could be the buyers... they want it, let them have it!!

We will take 22c a share, let’s move on!
