According to Australian corporate law RES is supposed to have at least two independent non-executive directors who are Australian based and should look after the interests of minority shareholders. Does anyone know who they are? Is it Rob Croll and Colin Gilligan? M Gray is also mentioned in the latest half-yearly. I’m not sure they have been performing their roles to an adequate standard if the current financing package is as dire as it seems to be. This could be an angle worth pursuing but I’ll leave that to those better connected than myself.
