Share price if this doesn't pass will be 3 cents I reckon.
I think we are likely to get shafted of this doesn't pass. I have seen it before with RRP.
I'm just a passenger here but retail shareholders going up against the board usually end's badly.
We may have control at this egm but PIC and Nobel control the company. This tactic has a lot of risk.
