They must be joking.
The board awards a mass of 3.8c shares to themselves and chosen insiders - and now expect shareholders to vote in favour of this blatant wealth transfer and unfair dilution.
Such a deeply discounted share offer must be pro-rata to all shareholders or not at all.
Fortunately the subscribers for these 3.8c shares don't get a vote so there's an excellent chance of it being voted down.
Vote 'NO' to all resolutions.
