Did you bother to check how their LAST attempt to raise money from existing shareholders went? Of the $2M sought, only around $600K was raised, of which a substantial amount was due to the directors themselves taking up their rights.
Another attempt would have failed just as miserably - probably moreso because they couldn't have offerred another 'free attaching option' incentive. And look what happened to the SP after the last raisig failure.
So if this resolution gets voted down, ask yourself this, what future does this company have when it exhausts its little remaining cash?
