Hi fellow GOG shareholders,
I think we have all noticed that since the GOG and BPT tie up that the information quality coming out in company announcements has been unacceptable. Further to that the information in regards to Smegsy, Rossco developments etc have been poorly communicated. The best example of this was Friday’s quarterly announcement
Hence I am going to vote no to resolution 2 & 3, the re-election of Beach's directors to GOG's board.
I don’t expect this to be successful; mathematically it’s almost impossible to achieve. But what I do want is to send a message that,
- We will not accept being kept in the dark
- We will not stand for a slack work ethic from Beach directors
- We will not be bought out cheaply if BPT wants full control of GOG
I intend to vote in favour of all other resolutions and hope you will join me in voting with your feet
