re: voting no to beach director..why I would agree that Beach are not about to buy us out tommorow, but I have never seen a slip like Friday's before.

Also the comments from both refering to a change of direction are a bit unsettling... I was quite comfortable going how we were.

When this is put in the context that Beach wanted to renegotiate farmin after Middleton one has to wonder what they are after.

All that said, I would be happy to put as much as I can into this stock. It is under fair value imo.
