I am voting my reasonable chunk against this as I did with the previous placement which I thought was too cheap. When I reviewed the voting results last time I saw that I was one of the very few to vote against it. Talk is cheap I guess.
I also told the company that I was going to vote against the motions. I suspect they didn't care as they never bothered to reply. Politeness costs you nothing -the lack of politeness will cost them my votes.
