Even if the share price hasnt shown the growth of the work that has been done...we have a great project here.
Ill be ticking the boxes yes to keep the team together.
All small exploration companies do this...vms is no exception. I look forward to the first company that i have owned to go from nothing to production in a relatively short time frame. Im sure that the management team are looking at a long term share price of a few dollars to make those options worthwhile
