voting no to large dilution, page-18

Sent them off today and voted yes.
To be honest I've been to busy to give it a lot of thought in the time since my last post.
In the end the numerous positives aspects outweighed the one obvious negative for me. A good team that seems to kick a goal from anywhere on the field, and has been kicking them, versus the one negative - as I see it - of an opportunistic exercise price. I still maintain that somewhere in 60's would have been better but ... ce la vie
I don't agreed with the header that it is a 'large' dilution at a little over 3% but I'm unsure of the jorc code as it relates to dilutions - maybe it is large.
Thanks to all that contributed to this thread, it was good to have arguments based on considered opinion on both sides of the issue rather than having to consider it in isolation.
