As it stands with this lot being approved the dilution is about 3.5% with this lot accounting for .4%. The other tranches will bring in about $AU 8.9 mill.
A no vote really is a matter of principle rather than effect. I've spent the night (part of) reading the opinions and whilst I agree that the alignment with share price expectations is not right it really doesn't bother me enough to exercise my vote. I am typically lazy with this stuff as I hold 9 stocks ATM and at times have had up to 15. It gets binned, although on one occasion I did let a meeting know what I thought on the voting form and I remember the MD making mention of the issue.
Fact is they all look at what the other does and there may even be a bit of peer pressure in these decisions. It will probably get worse if FAR makes it into the ASX 200.
