Exactly right, this age of granting share options to yourself with soft targets is BS.They are paid well and have lots of incentive to create wealth in the company already!.
I am still disgusted at the share price and the way management are conducting themselves with regard to the options, everyone think they deserve so much extra for doing a job you are well paid for, CEO should have the salary and option/ performance rights clearly stated in there contracts when there take over roll, they nearly worse than Politicians!!
