ill be voting yes and getting my 20 odd percent for 2 months hold.

if the market is good there should be no sell off.

if the market is bad the impetus to take the offer and realise a profit is greater.

SDL trading above 45c in the period roughly (15 Dec 10 till 19 Apr 11) roughly 80 days.
looking at volume during this period. ill be generous and say its 50 million a day.
so thats 400million shares that have been brought over 45c and may still be held. Unlikely they all are but.. thats 14%

if not, the yes vote is almost certain to get up.

the only reason this is not trading at 42.5 today is this constant "im yes" "im no" argument.

it does not matter what a company is worth, it matters what someone is prepared to pay for it... that is its value.
