Alternatives you have set out are fair enough, however one thing you (or I) cannot quantify is actual probability of what happens if a No vote. Your decision must therefore be based on your perception of what might happen and your appetite for risk. You are also assuming the extra funds available to Hanlong are provided in case a higher offer is required. Again this is just perception and of course certain posters here are adamant this is the case, although I don't know how they know.
Based on Facts I personally would prefer to protect capital and take the money and run. Everyones particular circumstances will be different and if you have a holding which is a small part of your investments and can afford to take risks, then that is your decision.
