    I'll ask the friend to try the Australian Shareholders' Association as their proxy:).

    Agreed with Muzza that your protest will ensure management is not having a complacency attitude.

    I would be much cheaper and better for them to try a direct NASDAQ listing without all these unwanted craps ...
