The Chair will vote in favour of the Scheme- if you want a NO vote, do NOT give your proxy to the Chair (this goes for any company on the ASX).

Re the Shareholders' Association, how do you know they are active with this BTA vote, and how do you know they will vote how you wish them to? What if some of you want YES and some want NO? What will the ASA do then?

Just vote NO on your own form, folks.

The market absolutely hates an ASX delisting- doesn't matter if it is going to the USA or not- funds won't follow. Hopefully, the company will work out a way to pump the share price before it leaves the ASX.
