We can do a direct NASDAQ listing much less than $20million. Check out the NASDAQ listing requirement then you know how. Companies listed on the ASX have already meet most of the NASDAQ requirements

The current craps would end up cost Biota's shareholders close to $20million AUD for direct cost, and $50million at least for indirect costs like brand damage, lost of opportunity, etc. Check with any equity valuer then they would let you know what I meant by that..
