According to the last Scheme booklet, more than 6M Free Biota shares become vested on Court Approval.

So, I think even if we shareholders vote down the merger deal, they still collect their free shares.

The renumeration committee shows no respect to Biota shareholders at all. Those people should ask themselves in the mirror "is that fair"?
