- issue shares to his dad in breach of ASX listing rules
- give a presentation at AGM telling everyone to have confidence in the company, then sells his shares a few days later
- after selling all his shares, proposes to issue himself and his dad shares whilst consolidating all our shares
- give himself a pay rise completely disproportionate to that of other companies in similar situations
