I think for some aspects their services income should be good due to covid-19. Companies are going to need help to enable their workforces to work remotely. There will be a move to increase the functionality of cloud based apps such as Salesforce for processes there are currently performed by inhouse and manual processes.

For the vote, the Directors have committed to voting their shares (and associates). What percentage do the directors control? I would think the other big shareholders would be having second thoughts given the market conditions. It was a bad deal a month ago, much worse now. There is no prospect of a capital raising to fund farmbuy (even according to the "independent" report the vendors have outlined it needs a lot of funding)
The cash ps&c currently generates needs to be conserved to tide it through a downturn.
