impact is all very unknown. They are in a strong position to be able to last through it, but not if they are using resources to try and get Respring going - worst possible timing.
I think Hogeland is the only director now with anything g significant - he has around 4%, although I have lost track with all the cap raise stuff. Generally top 20 shareholders would be over 50% of the company with many of them having got shares via selling their businesses to PSZ. So if they aren’t on side this won’t happen.
