    I gave it my no yesterday via online form.

    I can't imagine that, given the current market chaos and uncertainties, anyone in their right mind would make any acquisition of anything (perhaps with an exception of toilet paper manufacturers) based on a month or so old report. It smelled foul back then, today it would be a crime.
