voting on cap raising

i recieved my voting forms
on the cap raising
and voted AGAINST the cap raising online
the cap raising @ 6 cents his a big SLAP in the face
to all the loyal small shareholders of NMS

the clowns that run the NMS circus think that the small holders will cop anything
i hope that other shareholders will vote against the cap raising
so the board have to do some work to make a better offer

everybody blames LANGE but really the whole board of nms has had a poart to play in this debacle

whether individuals didnt have the courage or the fortitude to speak up when they knew how the comapny was performing badly
lange insisted NMS was travelling alright in his october release

if this company was based in syd or melb im sure some shareholders would of fronted these clowns in their offices
im suprised this has happened in perth
im mean they cant kick u out of the offices because you are shareholders ...eg part owners right!!!!!!!

they have stated that it was unacceptable
how nms has performed !!!

well the havent performed well in cap raising @ 6 cents either when it last traded @20.5 cents
