Has anyone been able to find a Scheme Booklet - for an ongoing, drilled resource without an MRE?

The Independent Expert (Grant Samuel) valued the mines by DCF discounted cash flow - Appendix B.

The Independent Expert valued the exploration tenements on a square km, yardstick basis - haha, not relevant here.

Grant Samuel also relied on an Independent Technical Specialist's Report (AMC) for Valmin Code etc.


I said Day 1 the IE will have to in effect model an MRE - based on current results and future prospectivity - high and low scenario and assumptions - and then attribute an NPV to those tonnes.

We will get to see the report after ASIC has registered it, and the chance to object is at the 2nd Court Hearing.

I'm contemplating an early submission to ASIC with my issues/concerns which they might take into consideration when they review the draft.

I note the previous AZS draft Scheme Booklet was not uploaded to the ASIC AZS company portal, and I suspect that an FOI would be rejected as commercial in confidence.
