I have already lodged with ASIC and encourage everyone to do so also. In numbers we may show up on their radar.
My main points were the delay in MRE from 1st quarter to second. Causing lack of information for independent expert No drilling announcements coming out of target area 3. I feel it could be lack of disclosure especially if drill rigs have been shut down over Christmas/New years indefinitely.
Also questioned Chris Ellisons buying above offer price. Is this Chris and Gina buying in concert or forming an agreement to get this takeover across the line. Chris's holdings are going to be bloody handy when it comes to the votes.
