I just googled ASIC and followed the links through. They handle many different issues and you have limited choices. I made my complaint against the director as lack of disclosure was part of my issue. The hardest part was putting a value on your losses.(you must put in something) mine was a bit of an estimate. I just put in Azure and the buisiness number came up.
Overall it was quite easy and you recieve a confirmation email. You are asked permission at the end to pass your information on. I guess the ASX would be a recipient.
I'm guessing it goes to the spotty faced trainee then to the supervisor then to other departments. So I would act fast, time is ticking down and each step takes time.
