    Hi Kangaroo1, see my post on the other thread. It appears that there has been some really shading dealings happening with AVIR/BTA.

    Whilst I understand your view that a merger may offer a chance to allow the company to survive and possibly prosper, we have seen this all before. I would rather have the company liquidated and receive something, rather than the historical greater probability of nothing.
