no matter how long i think about this "offer" - i do not see a real benefit for us existing "joe avarage" shareholders.
So i want to put the cards on the table and would be happy if you follow me to get an idea if we are able to change something...

i am german and i do not even know if i am able to vote - but i'd suggest that i am able to transfer my vote to an australian holder - i'd choose F&B - like your ideas and i believe we share the same sense of running this company :)
