now also remember last year when things were better sentiment, the board got a first strike (25%), now they've upset holders who had voted in their favour last year
also remember not all shareholders are on HC so you're only getting a sampler, & if it came to a challenge, ASX Ann would inform many other voters.
maybe a simple for or against SG 51% stake, some may not want to divulge holdings either. I guess feel free to just add a name to either side. Trigan, while youre close to DB; pay them a vist with a baseball bat... for a game of course :)
