Voting rules for a Board
Who knows what the rules are for on Voting Board members on and off the board
I've been trying to find out what the case is here in NZ , However the Company that I've got shares in won't say how to nominate someone , The won't reply to emails or call's
The NZX doesn't seem to have much info regards this as well , I'm sure the Rules between the ASX and NZX will be very close
I trying to find out how to nominate someone and whatever else I can find out about Voting people in these roles , Knowledge is power if it is used
There a group of us shares holder looking to make changes to the company direction
