    His core skill set is proving up dirt, and he has clearly delivered in this instance.

    The problem is the second you move on to deal making, advertising, mine building... his skill set is no longer relevant.

    We either take this seriously and get a negotiator/deal maker/CEO/CFO to take this puppy to the end of its life OR we flip it.

    Management didnt say "we will mine this"... they said "this will be mined".
    Big difference!!!
