Well well its time to vote and i am not in favour of any options to any of the persons that there are resolutions for.
Consolidation ok and yes placement as well as lets face it this is the only way GDN is going to acquire cash as the shareholders would not be wanting to add to their already very red positions at this time!!!
Basically even though they have to pay a small pittance for them why should they be rewarded with cheap options for a company that keeps failing to deliver.
I say prove yourselves and then shareholders can be approached for an options issue etc.
They only need a small increase in the SP to claim a nice fat profit.The rest if the shareholders that put them where they are today get what............
Just realised probably another key reason for this last placement that is somewhat unusual in that shortly the company is making a rather large placement to Otsana anyway!!
Maybe GDN is low on cash but i see that possibly certain persons may be worried about votes for what they are proposing and as the SP did not fall back to 1/2 a cent like they probably thought it would due to the consolidation and enable them to pick some up cheap.... what better way to help boost the votes than have 80 million of them in favourable hands.....and besides there was a lot of buying a few weeks back so i wonder how many more they have secured??
Certainly going to be an interesting few weeks to add to the chequered history of this company.
