voting Yes for tranche 2

Hello all,

As you know i had some serious questions regarding the manner in which the raise was handled from my perspective. I have someone close that knows an on site employee who was also secondered to site briefly and knows the team.
He has assured me that our perception of the situation is grossly incorrect and we have jumped to conclusions as management are not that way inclined and are working hard and tirelessly to bring this on board in the quickest possible manner and due to the delays and expense of other types of funding they finally settled on a raise at the appropriate price normal to the vwap. Also that such activity that many are accusing management of is not in there nature.

So if I apologise if I misled anyone into thinking I had a position other than finding out whether my ASSUMPTION was true or not. It was not!

The raise, intentions, and manner all seem to be entirely abouve board, needed and entirely warranted. For that reason we will be 100% voting YES with our combined holdings.
