You've got to give it to our MD in the area of cunning, having the two companies (TRF & IFE) gives the opportunity to double dip.
Rewarding himself with both companies shares/options and also using TRF's voting power to ensure whatever is proposed goes thru? Or am I being synical in my thinking?
