    Hi to ALL the holders of GOA

    I implore that all of you vote and ENSURING that all vote FOR for resolution 5.
    Resolution 4 is also a necessary FOR vote but not as important as Res 5.

    I hope all you holders of GOA shares get in and protect your own interests by voting FOR for Resolution 5
    get those votes in as early as possible.
