Mick, Resolution 4 is to allow the placement of an additional 10% above the prescribed amount of 15% p/a. Is that right? It's how I read it.

If so, why would you seek to allow the company to issue close to 1b shares without seeking SH approval? Or is simply to finalise the placement to FF without shareholder approval? Either way, it stinks.
