resolution 4 yes will increase the amount they can issue but it gives them more they can get for drilling and that is what we need but as I stated this is not as important as Resolution5 and will be upto how individuals see the state of the company

the latest top 20 holders were published in our last annual report if you read it it will show you what you are asking, as I can recall Starr increased his holdings by around 1 mill how ..... am not sure.

Resolution 5 needs to be put through no matter what for our own protection from partial takeover
