Class action, no, too costly and no chance of success.
What i'd prefer is to have people call the company each week, asking what the hell they intend to do to get our money back.
What's their plan, how do they see this being resurrected, are they aware of the incredible amount of anger and suspicion being levelled at them, do they realise class action is a word being thrown around, and, again, what are they doing to actually get the company back on track.
Once they show a plan and strategy that doesn't include long fat lunches and "admin cost only" quarterly reports until the money dries up, I might even start to support them and put some money in again.
But if nothing's changed, then not a chance and I think we should be a pain in the **^&) if their intention is to ride it out until the end while collecting a paycheck
That said, I say that in anger at what's happened, but I do hope this is a change and if so, I'll support it
