So who is the NBT then? Is it just 1 share holder?
I am a NBT registered shareholder and now have no idea if a submitted 'NO' vote aligns with NBT or not.
'Sitting on a strategy’ without member alignment undermines the member base because voting forms are out and being submitted by shareholders now!!!!
It can really only be a YES or a No (abstain undermines the NO count).
So who is the NBT then? Is it just 1 share holder?I am a NBT...
