Got to agree that the difficulty in selling is a major negative. They will be more a nuisance than anything else and difficult to know what the new outfit is actually doing.

There is probably no value of the assets assigned to the TSV share price ATM but not much workload on staff either. I can't see why the demerger is necessary when the highly salaried management should be able to look after this thing.

I reckon management like the idea of milking two cash cows instead of one.

I will be voting against.
