The board would remain in charge of both companies with the same remuneration. But 50% drawn from each of the companies to pay them. All sounds a bit too convenient to me, convenient for them that is. If it's not realistic to expect anything in the near future from these assets, then find a buyer and return something to current shareholders... Wishful thinking I know.
