Voting

Well I have just voted my half a mil shares against the resolution.

I have no objections to a capital raising and support it, but a $15k offer to non sophisticated share holders dilutes my holding far too much. A pro-rata offer should have been made to all share holders, rather than a dilutionary offer like this.

If enough shareholders vote against it they will have to rethink how they raised the capital
