I have historically always voted yes to proposals, however this time I voted No to all as a protest against salary increases.
Was always uncomfortable withe the massive share allocations upon non-revenue targets, but went along anyway.
The final straw was salary increases despite downsizing and pandemic.
Unless there is a dramatic turnaround in Management attitude and better corporate responsibility, I plan to quit my holding
when I can recover my losses (10c +)
