Your rationale seems to be based on the premise that Odin (forget about eddie) intends to sell off the csg assets.
This is a false premise
Is goes against what Odin has outlined about its plans for the future of Vpe in publicly held meetings with shareholders and institutions around the country.

What has the current board said publicly about its vision for the future ? Some noise about US assets as you rightly point out, too little too late.
Where is the passion and fight from the current board ?
I get the feeling they have had enough. Their shareholders dont want them and they can see the end game coming. JK has signalled his intention to walk away.

What you are saying essentially is that with everyone else taking care of business the current board with their exorbitant salaries should be returned to do very little and hope that they dont stuff the rest up.
