Actually there appeared to be faith from LTL capital up until the pump and dump as Oct 2020 they had 52.4M shares.



However this was through option conversion which included purchases between June and 11th Sept 2020

However what happened on the 10th September was Crowd1 which became one of the biggest pump and dumps it seems going all the way up to 17c to only crash back down to 2.5c with multiple queries & suspensions and now a divestment of a platform that is supposed to be bringing in 10s Millions or 98% of EM1's revenue stream.


Silver certainly isn't someone that who has a good records with 2 FINRA volitions against him, CLI which appeared to be another P&D he was involved in and even articles about him from SMH.

Is this just another feather in Silver's cap or was it just a coincidence that he was purchasing in the months leading up to the P&D only to be selling and is no longer a substantial holder and he has continued to sell since he lost substantial holder.
