i'm a little confused with your first point. KAH were the ones who knocked the merger on the head, so in fact when it comes to control KAH holders would have no reason to think that they don't have a strong hand in the decision making process concerning Extract related matters.

This is something i'm wary of, as are most of us faithful EXT'ers by the sounds of it!! The last thing i want is them having further power to wield.....and that's exactly what will happen if BB get's the flick as Chairman.

But Simrose, i know with that last point i'm preaching tot he converted!!
