Think about what you said about "understanding risk'.
Where in the "merger sell" has there been credible assessment of the risk they (BOD) are expecting the shareholders of PGL to take on.
The risk is for BOD, if the new directors get in (23/3) and reveal all. The risk then is for them.......BIG TIME!
As for Bell and EG Capital......please feel free to expand. Were they not being fed information from PGL directors as part of the basis of their position as other similar companies are. Please keep it relevant.
