    To me it looks like Datt previously rushing to buy up to $0.25 before releasing the notice of substantial holder. Then Datt continuing to buy after that announcement, but at a slower pace and at $0.22-0.23. I've seen lots of $25k blocks go through in 1 minute intervals, distributed throughout the past days.

    Eg. today I see $140k in 1 minute, which I expect would be one of the large holders - probably Datt.
