I think you have been watching to many series of Suits. Everything you said just assumed the worst. Prominent legal firm's don't just take these cases on a whim. And besides you seem to have contradicted yourself, POH doesn't have a bucket of money so Corrs are assuming some risk up front. Therefore they would walk away if there were obvious issues.
Comments like
"Amazing how their opinion can change in my experience. It is a very fluid environment."
indicate to me you don't understand the process of discovery and agreed facts before proceedings. What experience do you have with arbitrations TW ?
Finally, if we get a decent payout (and no I don't expect it will be anywhere near the $300mil US). I don't care about knowing all the facts about the case. What does it matter if we get a good result?
